PUNCH LIST
Master Bedroom Area
1. Toilet needs to installed, and the taps for bath, sink and shower
2. Cupboards in tub deck need to be installed
3.  Bathroom –  tiling needs final clean up – Winnie/Jim
4. Small cupboard needs the front edge of shelves to be finished with veneer – Winnie
5. Master Bedroom – the walk-in closet needs to be designed/ ordered and installed.
6. exterior light needs replacing on top deck
7. French door needs screen installed.
8. Curtain rods need to be installed, in bathroom and bedroom

Upstairs Area
1. Stairs to be painted - Jim
2. Interior of Attic cupboard – Jim will lay tongue and groove flooring there when the other work is complete
3. curtains or blinds need to be chosen
4. all excess tile needs to be removed and general clean up

Kitchen and Breakfast Nook 
1. Backsplash by cook top – Jim and Winnie
2. Pantry closet baseboard + baseboard to be painted
3. Back Step off Deck ( off kitchen door) – Jim.
4. Pantry shelving Jim and Winnie 
5. shelf in Coat closet  
6. Kitchen door needs to be fixed
7.  TV hook-up in Breakfast nook
8. Garden area - fill with dirt , brick the area after a design is worked out….Jim and Corinne
9. New Bulkhead to be built as the old one is rotting! Jim and Winnie
10. Stairs built into garage

Heather’s Area 
1. Basin needs to be secured or calked…not steady..
2. bathroom – Jim - tile above shower needs calking, 
3. "kitchen" cupboard needs installing
4. Glass shelf above hand towel rack

Office and Entrance Hall & Lounge
1. Grout in tile holes by stairs and wooden floors.
2. Front Door needs to be finished, the beading needs more coats to match with the rest.
3. ceiling to be repaired where speakers installed
4. “Other” front door steps need to be installed…..those cinder block planks are getting unstable!!

General Stuff
1. Speakers – sanded and painted where repaired. 
2. Loam needs to be ordered for inside of fence.
3. Copper pipe needs to be installed on top deck
4. Cedar trim needs to be put in under front door.
5. Trim in garage window needs to be finished
6.  Fix basin plug in Hgs room
7. Toilet handle does not  pop back up in Hgs room
8. Bathtub in Hgs room needs scratches removed
9. tile in basement needs to be finished off
10. TV need to be hooked up in basement
11. Basement needs to be cleaned up
12. incumbant bike needs hooking up
13. dumbbell rack needs to be ordered
14. matting needs to be installed for weight room

Fault list
1. Plaster crack to right of door into Heathers room 6/10/06
2. Gouge in paint by grate in passage on wall and on baseboard 6/9/06
3. Chip in tile by grate in passage
